Parkrun chat is definitely more interesting this week after last weeks underwhelming parkrun, our Cowell Club Cuties Ben & Emma headed to Alderley Parkrun and share their thoughts (really the only thoughts that matter!)
Rob is over in France this week (oooh international podcasters) and gives us a little run down of his journey over and the holiday so far, including a trip down to the podcast owners town of Bognor Regis. Matt is deep into Marathon training so Rob touches base with how he's doing so far and his thought for the upcoming weeks!
