Brian Dote has been orbiting near “Black Swan” (type) events all of his professional life. Brian worked on Steve Jobs’ team that designed, built and launched the first iPhone, which changed the arc of and accelerated the course of history. In Part I of this episode, we talk about how he worked near the center of the Human Genome Project and eventually became the Chief Innovation Officer at Mid-Pacific Institute in Hawaiʻi.
