We recently had the opportunity to connect with an amazing group of people at the Phoenix Dream Center as we spoke about the power of each of our incredible flexible brains! The Phoenix Dream center is an organization that helps human trafficking survivors have a safe space to heal. As we’ve reflected on our experience speaking to residents of the Phoenix Dream Center, we’re here to share some powerful takeaways, and remind us all (yes, us included) to intentionally train our brains to see the power we have within us for good! It’s about advocating for yourself, practicing self love, leaning into an uplifting community, taking action, and using tools to strengthen your mindset. That powerful flexible brain of yours!
