What would it mean for your kids (or YOU when you were in high school) to be introduced to mindfulness practices? For over 20 years, today’s guest Laura Bean, has been combining mindfulness practices with literacy to help students excel both emotionally and in their education. Laura shares her unique curriculum "Write to the Core" and the impact creative writing and poetry have had on her students.
