Show Notes:

We have a birthday in the house!!! Our very own co-host Mary just had a birthday, and with that added birthday wisdom we’re sharing some lessons about something we all deal with…stress. Stress impacts every area of our lives and we’re all human here, so we know it’s going to be something we deal with in life. So it only makes sense to have a plan and some tools to identify and reduce stress as quickly as possible! Tune in for a couple stories and the reminder that you don’t have Joe or Sally are doing in order to successfully reduce stress. Listen to what it is YOU need, and do so often so you can build up your social emotional learning muscles and recognize your needs.
