Show Notes:

We’re so excited to have long time friend and partner in crime Erin Benjamin (aka Little Erin) on the podcast! Erin is here to share that like most everything in life, your career path does not have to be linear! Having been diagnosed with ADHD at 9 years old, and with Anxiety and Depression at 13, we dive into the work Erin does with kids and teens today and ways we as parents can communicate better with our kids. Between her own personal experiences, and 10+ years in the mental health field this episode is full of ways we as parents can ask better questions, and create a safe space for our kids to come to us with questions themselves. Of course, we have tons of fun reminiscing on how our paths have evolved over the years, and our hopes for the work we are doing as parents, and with our girls!
