Show Notes:

We could not be more excited to have our first guest mentee on the podcast! In this episode, we’re catching up with High School student, and Girls Mentorship alum, Dillan Lowrie. A year ago we had the incredible opportunity to mentor Dillan. Today we’re chatting with her about how she went from skeptical about this whole “life coach” idea, to seeing the benefits she’s gained from having mentors in her corner to support her. Of course, we’re here to be an additional support to parents, but at the end of the day we want the  girls we work with to know that we are on their team, and will treat them as the adults they will become. Tune in to hear Dillan share how she has learned to have hard conversations, communicate better with her parents and her boss at work.
