Show Notes:

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome long time friend, and collegiate women’s soccer coach, Justin Stones as our very first male guest on the podcast! From his own personal journey, to his approach as a coach, we dive into the power of having good relationships, starting with the relationship you have with yourself. All too often, we place our happiness on what others want for us. In this episode, we’re sharing the freedom and self awareness that can come from letting go of expectations of others, and truly listen to WHO it is you want to become. We’re big fans of personal growth over here, and taking the time to discover what you want to create in your life and understanding your worth will put you and the girls you care for most in the driver seat of what brings them joy and fulfillment!
