Why does God let bad things happen? This question has been asked for thousands of years. In light of recent events, with the tragic submarine implosion, we are reminded of the paramount importance of unity and compassion during times of immense tragedy.
But how do we make sense of tragedy in our lives? Where does God come in to help us? We unravel the intricacies of suffering, reflecting upon how our steadfast belief in God can guide us through the darkest of times. Our communities are so important during times of tragedy to help lift us up. We also need to be a part of that solution to help those suffering.
Christ will never let us down and always guide us; even though it can be hard to see when tragedy strikes, it's important to remember that God will never fail us.
