It was an honour to have Sir Dusty Miller as a guest on my podcast.
It is an incredible story of a mother being widowed with three children. A young man who didn't know what to expect when joining the Royal Air Force at the age of 15. He travelled the world with his family, oversaw the Red Arrows, trained to be a fighter pilot and we then speed on to a knighthood years later.
Dusty didn't ever want to leave the RAF and still doesn't sit still for very long. Following a continual life of service to the military, charities and to the county of Gloucestershire he has now thrown himself into sailing and the joy of being a grandparent.
What does he put in my Goody Bag?
