Friday was a special day at Heartside homeless shelter, Dégagé Ministries . Dégagé set aside today as their annual annual WOOD RADIO Day of Hope radiothon. The effort was started in 2018 as a one-day event to bring awareness to the ministry and to raise money and provide hope to hundreds of homeless people they serve daily. At last count, WOOD Radio's "Day Of Hope" fundraiser had raised over $42,000 for Dégagé Ministries.
