It's no secret that I love meditation and am a huge advocate for all the many ways that it can improve your mental health. Meditation has had a huge impact on my life, especially following the traumatic brain injury I sustained at age 22. But I often hear resistance from people who are new to meditation about whether it's right for them and where to even begin. There are actually several different styles of meditation, and each one will resonate with different people for different reasons. In this episode, I break down many of the the major types of meditation and what they're about so you can make the best decision for your practice.
