March is National Nutrition Month! Well Peer Hanna Serrano interviews Michele Cavoto, a registered dietitian here at JMU. They discuss what "personalize your plate" means, what diet culture is and how college students are influenced, and serve up the facts on the difference between a nutritionist and dietitian. Lastly, Michele gives some great advice for anyone that is thinking they want to start a "diet" and how to make decisions when it comes to eating healthy.
