This week Kip walks with Tracy Burns. They discuss Tracy’s journey leading a large HR organization over the past decade, and how HR has evolved during that time. Tracy also talks about her passion for art and the value she has come to find in slowing down and learning to just “be”. Tracy Burns is the CEO of NEHRA (Northeast Human Resources Association) and has served in that role since November of 2010. Prior to this role, she spent nearly 20 years working in corporate HR, holding leadership positions across various industries, including financial services, higher education/healthcare, publishing and food/beverage.
