As you can imagine, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge during my career, especially when it comes to:

how your brain and body work together to send and receive hunger and fullness signals
how coaching helps you navigate your weight-loss journey
and how I built and ran a successful business.

But certain things have stood out from the rest and have been the most helpful to me, and to the women I’ve worked with.
