Do you think that you could lose weight and stop overeating if only you weren’t hungry all the time?


I hear you!


And do you know what? You may actually have a reason why you’re doing this.


It’s not all emotional and it’s not all in your head.


The possible reasons you are constantly physically hungry can be many. And figuring this out will help you solve this big problem. Because if you weren’t hungry all the time, you’d be able to stick to your plans.


Now of course, taking away the excess hunger doesn’t break the connection between your emotions and your eating.
