Corey Esannason, movement and yoga educator, was starting a family. At the same time, her mother received a devastating diagnosis of FTD, a form of early onset dementia. For many like Corey, the balance of caring for her loved one, her growing family, and still caring for herself was a very real challenge. She learned through experience and on this episode of the Yoga Magic podcast, she shares how community, yoga and simple self care tools helped her and led her down a path to teaching others how to prioritize the wellbeing of the caregiver.
