The challenge is definitely on with the weight loss challenge with the boys well on their way, both via different methods. Kieran on the LIte’n’Easy and Turch on the keto diet. The weight loss has definitely started! Kieran down 2.5 kilos and Turch down 4.9 kilos. Insanity!
