This week, I had journalist and author of two sex & cannabis books, "The Little Book of CBD for Self-Care" & "Finding Your Higher Self: Your Guide to Cannabis for Self-Care", Sophie Saint Thomas in the studio. We discuss the many benefits of introducing weed into your sexual relationships, including anal and vaginal suppositories, enhancing your orgasms, and reducing pain during sex. She also give tips on how to introduce pot to others who might be nervous about it, and we explore the stigmas against people who use marijuana for medical reasons versus recreational uses, and why both should be generally de-stigmatized.
