From our extensive experience with burnout, taking time off BEFORE you burn out is a crucial move. But, we only got to that place through trial and error as we’re pretty sure you can relate.

This summer we’re going to be taking two months off for a summer sabbatical and we wanted to share how we got to a place where that was possible. We also go over our history of not taking breaks and how that’s changed over the years.

We hope this episode convinces you to take more time off from work (however YOU can). What all the doing with doing if the doing doesn’t allow us to stop doing every once in a while 😉.
