We try to keep our podcast light-hearted but we’re also two human beings that deal with the ups and downs of life. One of those downs is Caroline’s anxiety which has flared up recently. We wanted to turn on our mics and have an honest conversation of what being in the middle of dealing with a mental health condition is like.

This is not the, “I had anxiety and everything is fine now” episode. This is a transparent conversation about having anxiety and feeling its difficult effects on a day-to-day basis right now.

If you struggle with mental or chronic health issues we want you to know you are seen, heard, and we empathize with what you are going through. If you need to seek additional medical help, please don’t feel any shame or guilt in doing that. Our mental health should be our #1 priority in our lives. ❤️
