Social media is a place rife with conflict and polarization. And many if not most of us have been pulled into pointless conflicts in the past.
These kinds of conflict are an addiction that suck us of lifeforce and lead us astray. This is why we need to find healthy ways of setting boundaries for these kinds of conflicts.
We need to find the balance between opening too much and allowing too much energy vampirism in our online spaces, and closing too much and creating echo chambers.
