Dark Room Retreats and Ancient Darkness Traditions

Ancient spiritual traditions from around the world share one beautiful philosophy and practice in common.  They all seem to have some belief that the darkness is not only a source of all wisdom and creation, but a technology to access that eternal wisdom if it is ever forgotten.  

I show footage from the film Aluna (www.AlunatheMovie.com) which is a gorgeous art piece on the message of the Kogi Mamos who spent their entire childhood in darkness to attune to Alune "The Great Mother".
