If you get triggered by something, what do you do?  Do you REACT or RESPOND?  Being reactive often means we're letting our emotions run our lives.  There are ways to ground yourself and choose how to respond to any situation, no matter how difficult it might be.  In this episode I talk with marriage and family therapist Lisa Ayala about how to do this work to improve relationships and ease your suffering.
