Psychologist and award-winning Author Jessica Borushok, who graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology and an emphasis in Behavioral Medicine, currently practicing in California, is here to share her knowledge and show us ways in which we can identify and deal with unfavorable behavioral patterns, so we can make the most of our limited time and energy in order to create the life we desire.
