What does it really mean to be productive?

In this episode, I bring my own perspective along with some research around this topic. 

Here are the takeaways:

1- Understand your own schedule instead of following someone's recommendation for how many sleep hours a human being needs; 
2- Sleeping fewer hours to create more time actually stretches out your day, but also can make you take longer to accomplish any task because you aren't fully rested; 
4-Create quarterly goals instead of yearly goals. That makes you create a better sense of accomplishment which can help you get motivated for your future projects;
5- Coffee and Donuts aren't fuel. It has been proven that a poor nutrient diet can actually lower your immunity and make you more vulnerable. And if your body lacks important nutrients your mental health will be affected and so will your productivity; 

All areas of our lives are connected and deserve equal attention.
