In this episode I have quite an insightful conversation about procrastination, where it comes from and how to effectively beat it, with Jumana Yahya.
Jumana likes to call herself a serial procrastinator, she has dedicated years of her life, the last decade, to be more specifically researching self-control and overcoming motivational obstacles, especially focusing on procrastination and diminished motivation.
During her Ph.D was when Jumana finally discovered an effective and efficient way to get herself to do everything that she needed to do in order to achieve her dreams.
She is also the creator of the brand I am Striver, which is dedicated to helping people overcome debilitating motivational obstacles and reclaim their power to do great things.
They work to help innovators, artists, and entrepreneurs who experience a motivational struggle to complete their projects by using scientifically-backed strategies that rely on manipulating the body and the environment instead of using sheer willpower.
