Questions to ask yourself before starting a new personal project or trying out a new strategy:

How does that apply to my life?

 Is this feasible? 

Have I tried something similar before?

 Has it worked? 

And why do I think that is?

The key here is to understand patterns of what was effective in the past and what wasn’t so you can make decisions based on the existing data, this will help you understand your areas of strength and areas you need improvement. Remember this is not an overnight process, it takes time to become aware of our thought process. Practice makes perfect!
