try to practice & be more mindful: please seek professional help when needed & take action - take your mental health seriously- you are number one & you are first : 

-how to break unhealthy patterns in mental health and your personal wellness 

- watch yourself and be aware of thyself - practice mindfulness 
 

-how to self sooth - from one who has learned how to - to another- who are we to tell others how to self improve unless we are perfect ourselves 
 

-how to cultivate healthy relationships & when to spot the men//partners who aren't living up to your dreams & it's okay to call yourself ou tna break these patterns - you'll see an open window when you create the space and start making decisions that better serve you. Find someone who shows up in real life. 

-let's make others aware of triggers they are putting out there - let's work on ourselves before we try to work on others

-clickbait is not okay - we are all perfectly imperfect - we can do better work on thyself first
