Nate Elmore Says:
I'm 24 years old, I'm a Corporal in the Marine Corps Reserve. I was born in NC, grew up in Hawaii, now currently living in NC. I was adopted at age one by family friends, my mother was in high school when I was born. My parents who raised me were an ex army united Methodist pastor, and a schoolteacher. I grew up on the island of Kauai, played soccer, swam, was in the band, playing trombone, and was a Boy Scout. After high school I tried community college for a semester, found that I hated it, and decided to go after my childhood dream of being a marine. Being a marine taught me so many valuable life skills including discipline, personal accountability, and toughness. One of the biggest takeaways was my newfound commitment to fitness and nutrition. I began reading a ton on the subjects, and a few years later started a podcast and personal coaching business dedicated to educating people about fitness and nutrition to improve lives by being healthier.
