Janice Chaka is a self-confessed introvert and an accomplished entrepreneur with over 8 years of international HR experience.  She has cross cultural and international experiences working with companies both large and small.  Janice provides a unique perspective on applying human resources and career coaching for introverts.

Janice Chaka Vroom Veer Stories

Grew up travelling all over the UK; her fav is Torquay on the southern coast of England
Didn't go to University; was a dancer and got a job in a casino in England; landed in HR
Found she didn't really need the degree in HR, she got  the certificate and the experience
Wound up living and working in Mexico; did recruiting for an American company
Worked many different jobs in HR; got pulled back into recruiting and a work from home job
Loved working from home; but was bored; found side gigs; set up a company's Linkedin Profile
Got Crazy; took on a Freelance gig as a Project Lead; and kept her full time job
Volunteered her time as a virtual mentor for Bpeace in Guatemalan
Realized she was an introvert; and everything started to make more sense
Don't let being an introvert define you; let it guide you
Loves to travel; has a base, but only lives there 3 months per year
Help busy people book travel as a travel concierge
