With 15 years of invaluable experience, Carla is a remarkable guest whose journey into educational leadership and governance is as unique as it is inspiring. Carla has navigated through various facets of the educational landscape.
Carla has accumulated experience in primary, secondary, private, and mainstream schools throughout her career. Despite her extensive involvement, she has never pursued formal qualification as a teacher nor does she possess a degree in education. Nonetheless, her tenure in various educational settings has equipped her with valuable insights and skills.
Carla has established her own tutoring company where she continues to positively influence pupils' learning journeys. She has since branched out and offers alternative education to school children with SEND or SEMH needs, working with local councils and CAMHS.
