In this conversation, Hayley discusses challenging experiences, decision-making and how she has worked collaboratively to build a pro-family school which benefits all stakeholders.
Hayley has been a Co-Head of a 3-11 primary school working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Currently, the whole leadership team work part-time. From September, Hayley will embark on her first solo headship and will be working full-time hours. Hayley is the mother to two children, aged 9 and 3½ years old. She also has a son who was stillborn who would be nearly 5 years old.
