We can't control external factors in business, whether those are competitors, regulations, or even a pandemic (#coronavirus). How can you create staying power for your business through your marketing and messaging? First, talk to your customers like people. Appeal to them on a higher and more universal level than a simple transaction: humans have needs, insecurities, pressures, and aspirations. Address them.
