We welcome back WARREN CUMMINGS who has moved from his usual VISION ON SOUND comfort zone to move across into the realms of science-fiction, and has joined me to discuss Gerry Anderson’s popular live-action series called UFO which was, and is, a television favourite we both share, and which graced our screens with a vision of the future over fifty years ago, involving the groovy future fashions of 1980, purple wigs, sexism, beautiful production design, production problems, and the various star-studded adventures of yet another Gerry Anderson Organisation With An Acronym which were about as far removed from Captain Scarlet as you can possibly imagine and, ultimately, would lead to the world of Moonbase Alpha and SPACE: 1999.

It's a much-loved series, which, despite any intruding flippancy you may have detected, I think comes across in our chat, and I hope that you all enjoy it.
