Primary Care Malpractice Trends Episode 1

The tide may be turning on medical malpractice trends and I think we should explain what this means. Primary care physicians have historically not had high rates of malpractice claims, but we see this trend changing. Not to worry, however, because Kelley Smits, the Director of Risk Management at VillageMD, discusses how to prevent these problems with VillageMD’s National Medical Director Dr. Torontow.
