Brandi Noyes - Love Is Not Earned And Feelings Are Not Food (S3:Ep85)

Early on in life things were hard for Brandi. One place of sanctuary was with her grandparents. But when her grandfather got sick with dementia and everything changed again, Brandi's way of coping shifted from one unhealthy way into another. Little bits of healing began with massage therapy school, but her breakthrough didn't really come until the past few years. Now she has 2 children's books, and more projects planned for the future.

Bio: I am from a blended family of 7 children with tough backgrounds. My sister passed early and each of my siblings lost their mother, (different mothers). We grew up in a trailer. My Dad grew up in foster care and my mother spent her time trying to meet his unmet childhood needs and addictions. I say this because I thought I WAS this. I want to help teach others that they are not what happened to them, not their childhood not their diagnosis or bank account. But when they learn to turn towards loving their little hearts anything is possible!
