Do you find it difficult to deal with being rejected? Whether that is rejection from a partner, from a friend or from a job, we are all going to face rejection in our lives. This guided meditation guides you through your emotions of feeling rejected, whether that is feeling jealous, lonely or anxious.

We tend to incorrectly interpret the hurt that we feel, viewing rejection as an indication of our self-worth and leading us to feel worse. But even though it’s painful, rejection can actually benefit you. Getting rejected can build resilience and help you grow and apply the lessons you learn to future setbacks.

How about thinking of rejection positively? If you’re being rejected, that means you’re trying. And if you’re trying, that means you’re more likely to succeed. So being rejected isn’t a bad thing - it’s just part of getting where you need to be.
