For this interview, I am talking with Colene Hotmer, the founder of Running Shoes 4 Kids, a non-profit that has been empowering children to find their confidence, value, + heart through running for 10 years.  Our conversation revolves around her mission, passion, + belief that running is a key avenue to learning some of the lessons that are essential to living a happy, healthy, meaningful life. She also shares details of the fun run event day, including live music, a car show + over 30 vendors.
