I vividly remember first discovering their bread at the Kootenai Farmers Market in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the variety of sourdough loaves, perfect crust and kind people. Watching their brand expand out into the community has been exciting to watch, and getting to talk with them today gives the story and passion behind this lovely couple. 

We discuss everything from their connection in South Korea, to their day-to-day life in the bakery, and from their vision for MaK Bread to the joys of being new parents.
