An alarming number of veterans are filling up British prisons. In the episode we take a no BS look at the reasons why, with mental health professional Cormac Doyle, and former tanky Richard Jones, who has recently finished a lengthy prison sentence for conspiracy to supply cocaine. Both Rich and Cormac now do great work in trying to keep vets out of prison, as well as helping those who or the inside to reform.

Among the topics of discussion on this episode; what is EMDR treatment for PTSD?; why veterans are at risk of falling into criminal lifestyles; how should the MOD deal with transition from the military?
