Elena is a Yale alumnus and a graduate of Moscow State University. Born in Russia now resides in Palm Springs, CA and Las Vegas, NV. Elena is a talented artist, art dealer, and gallerist, who likes to show that the world can be more colorful with art. She owns chain of galleries Elena Bulatova Fine Art galleries with her husband Efi Mashiah ( also an artist) in Palm Desert & Laguna Beach, CA and inside The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, NV.

Elena’s paintings and sculptures are featured in many Hollywood shows and magazines, such as Architectural Digest @archdigest and Vanity Fair @vanityfair. She was named in Las Vegas Top 100 Women of the Year 2019. Her artwork is now in many private collections around the world such as Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe and around the world.
