I’m not anti cardio, I’m anti relying on cardio for fat loss...

 

I spent too much of my younger years thinking that cardio was the sole way to my dream body and I couldn't have been more wrong. This is a common myth in the health and fitness industry I am adamant on breaking.

 

Why strength training is so much better for losing weight and losing fat is the fact that it keeps our metabolism strong and allows us to have muscle mass on our frame that works with us instead of body fat that works against us.

 

We still need cardio for health health and many other things but running on the treadmill everyday for an hour isn't the answer. If we can incorporate walking into our routine, we'll be much farther ahead.
