Sound & Vision with TRZTN | Tristan Bechet

Welcome to our first season " Sound & Vision" in which I invite photographers, directors and musicians that have become close friends over the years, to let us in behind the sound and images they create. In this first session I talk to composer, musician and producer Tristan Béchet, also known under the name TRZTN.

We discuss his journey from being a student at a French art school to becoming a key fixture of the NYC music underground scene in the 90s and establishing himself as a well-sought after producer and composer for luxury brands all over the world, in addition to collaborating on film scores with Karen O on the Golden Globes nominee  movie "Where The Wild Things Are", directed by Spike Jonze. 

His latest solo release Royal Dagger Ballet is a 10 tracks highly collaborative piece that will take you on a special audio and visual journey.

And last but not least, he also very kindly let me borrow few of his sounds for this very podcast and has crafted the sound design for the trailer.
