China's Innovation Model with Chen Dongmin, Dean of Peking University's School of Innovation

We head to Beijing and meet up with Dr. Dongmin Chen, Dean of School of Innovation at Peking University who works closely with various provincial governments, WIPO and Chinese Academy of Sciences on China’s innovation policies and try to go beyond the noise in western media to have a candid discussion on what is really happening on the ground in China.   

In this episode we find out not just how the Chinese government is trying to create an innovation driven economy but also how it is  thinking about it. We also probe whether the common perceptions about Chinese market in western media are true and try to answer If there is a small tech bubble emerging in China.
