We head to Beijing and meet up with Dr. Dongmin Chen, Dean of School of Innovation at Peking University who works closely with various provincial governments, WIPO and Chinese Academy of Sciences on China’s innovation policies and try to go beyond the noise in western media to have a candid discussion on what is really happening on the ground in China.
