David has degrees in exercise physiology, podiatry and medicine. He has worked across the spectrum of athletes to clinical populations at levels of recreational to elite in these fields. In the physical performance world he has coached both team and endurance sports as well as having worked as a strength and conditioning coach.


He has taught across multiple universities and loves writing as a means of thinking and teaching. Currently David works in the technology startup space and consults to a few individuals.


He is an exercise addict and passionate exercise advocate.
