Dan Sanzo is a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dan is owner of Strategic Fitness Training LLC and is the Associate Director of Sports Performance at Northeastern University.
He has over a decade of strength and conditioning experience in Division I College Athletics. Prior to his career in the collegiate setting, he was a full time Athletic Trainer.
