Here's a new twist on our Up Next podcast that hopes to provide some quick, actionable tips every week.

This week we introduce this new type of Up Next episode.

The first big note is that our Client Success Team has extended their support hours and will now be available from 7:00am - 6:00pm MST.

We talk about retail trends and mention an article Ryan Atkinson shared with us this week from the National Retail Federation that suggests an optimistic holiday shopping season.

We also touch on holiday marketing on your website and on social media. Make sure you're promoting the categories and services that matter, front and center on your website. Is gravel your thing? Or eBikes? Make sure that is obvious to your website visitors. What is your staff riding? You and your staff are trusted members of your cycling community and are probably asked for your opinions hundreds of times a month. Sharing that on your website with a Staff Picks section or landing page is a great way to leverage that experience and trust for those customers who haven't been to the store yet.
