If you send out regular or even sporadic email newsletters, it's a good idea to send a test email first to yourself to see exactly how that email will appear to your customers on both desktop and mobile devices.

Handling returns and refunds isn't difficult in your SmartEtailing Order management tools but there are a few moving parts. This Help Center article takes you through it step-by-step.
