In this episode Lauren catches up with Craig Engels. Craig is a professional runner for Nike and lives in Oregon. He won 6 state championships on the track in high school, was a 6 time all-american during his time at Ole Miss is a two time USA Champ + has represented the united states at the Indoor and Outdoor World Championships. You probably know Craig for his signature Mullet-Mustasche look and for being a little goofy. We definitely laughed a lot in this episode but we also got into some serious topics as well and we appreciate his willingness to chat about those as well.
